HELP!!

I got onto my computer to play The Sims 3 for the first time in a handful of months. When I opened the app, ALL my sims games are GONE! I own the base game and a bunch of bundles which were registered with my account. I have checked my ban status, no problems. I have cleared the app cache, didn't work. I have signed out and back in, didn't work. I don't know what happened. My friends are all gone from my list too. Could I have been hacked? What could have happened? Please help!
