Hidden Springs Code redeemed "Hidden Springs SimPoints," not the game

I just bought the SIms 3 WOrld Bundle with Hidden Springs and Monte Vista. I entered the code for Monte VIsta on the sims 3 site and was given the game to download. I entered the code for Hidden Springs, and was told I got Hidden Springs SimPoints. I didn't even get SImPoints, but now I can't redeem the game because the code was already entered. Please help!!!
