Hidden springs downloaded but won’t show up
I downloaded hidden springs for sims 3, went to thesims3 exchange page and installed it but it doesn’t show up in the menu. Helpppp

Joliciious Did you install Sims 3 through the launcher as well? Simply downloading a Store item doesn't actually install it; you'd need to click the Downloads tab, check the box next to it, and click Install.
If that's not the issue, let me know how much other Store content you have, as in, whether it would be a burden to reinstall everything. There's a way around doing so if necessary, but it's not foolproof, so if you don't have a lot of Store items, it would be best to install them into a clean user folder and then transfer your saves and other content to that folder. Here's how:
