Hidden Springs redeeming code: Can't find the code.

Hi yesterday I bought the code in a box redeem of hidden springs and I can't find the redemption code. the Box is completely empty, so I tried the number above the barcode but that didn't work. Help

Have you checked your emails for a code or purchase history on the sims 3 web to see if you can download the world

    there should have been a leaflet in the box a black and white one with the code on the back to redeem in your the sims 3 account

    was this second hand/used or brand new ? if brand new you may have to take it back to the place where you bought it if second hand/used then the world will still belong to whoever bought it in the first place and in their the sims 3 account
