Hidden Springs

I payed £10 for hidden springs code and used it. it worked fine but then did not give me the required amount of simpoints, leaving me stuck at 0 instead of 2,000. can anyone help?

    hidden springs is one of the tricky ones...log into your the sims 3 account go to my store - purchase history  if hidden springs is there then download it  sometimes the way it works is you get the simpoints to buy the world or the world just goes to your purchase history to download (and no simpoints as they are for buying the world ) if your still logged into the sims 3 site log out then log back in and check your purchase history

thats a commonish issue too  i've copied and pasted this from crins store guide..saves me typeing it all  :D i see you just said you just turned a certain age belated birthday greetings to you 🙂

The game still wants me to buy the world

Sometimes when you start the game you see a little money icon next to your world although you already bought and installed it. This is just the ingame store not recognizing properly that you have already bought it.

Scroll down further down the list to see if there's a second version that doesn't have the icon to start a new game with. You can also turn off the ingame shop in your options and then it should only appear once. if it doesn't get back to us and we'll try our best to get it sorted for you

Haha! Thanks! As I said, I have tried your previous method in the morning. It has downloaded and now is installing. OMG IT WORKED! THANK YOU!
