Hooker Boots

Please help me! I've had this problem since I started to get CC. Hooker boots are destroying my baby!! (or the baby glitch) I know it is caused by bad CC but

I try to go into installed content whenever I click on it my launcher just crashes (or has an error). So how do you fix that? I DO NOT want to delete all my cc and redownload because I know something will happen wrong. Please help me ☹️.
