Horrible rip off with this game

I am trying to help my daughter install her sism 3 on her Mac Book pro.

we laso purchased a bunch of add ons that I am not sure whta they are.

Since she tried installing them her SIMS is not working anymore.I wasted an entire day installing and unsitalling this god dam video game  and I now have a disc "failure" message.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????

There is no phone number to call ....

You guys are ridiculous.

I am very very busy business person and I can tell you you guys know how to waste people's money!!!!!

I should contact my attorney to go ahead legal procedeeings.

I am wasting my time and moeny with you guys!!!!!

And my lovely daughter is upset!!!

How can she make this disc failure work?
