Horses run through walls and then get stuck

Question

The horses keep running through walls and paddocks and then they get stuck inside. They can't eat, drink, or sleep. The only way I have found to get them out is the quit without saving and then restart the game. Is there a patch to prevent this?

I think there's a command code ""press CTRL+SHIFT+C (CTRL+SHIFT+WindowsKey+C for Vista)

then type in the bar that shows at the top of the screen:

resetSim firstname lastname

so for example if the horse was named Sugar Smith you would type

resetSim Sugar Smith"" See if that helps
