Hotmail account blocked and inaccessible so cannot access Sims Verification Code

Hotmail for some reason has blocked my email account for which I use Origin.

I purchased The Sims 3: World Adventures on PC Download from origin and went to install for which I was asked for the Verification code, this was sent to the email address from which I have been blocked and I can't access the code to the game I have just bought!

What can I do to get this code or have I just wasted £20?!?

How to contact Customer Service/Game Advisors:
