How can I register my game without a serial code? Read -

So I've just got an ea account, and I've been playing sims for about two years now. I used the serial code to download my code, of course, but I don't know where it is now!

How can I register my game without an serial code? How do I find my serial codes?

And I've tried talking to the "help" people (I was put on to a chat and they said they would help my problem), but they asked for my email and I thought it was a bit dodgy?

Help! I desperately want to get my games registered!

    You can't register the game without a code.

    You said you already registered it before. Are you saying you don't remember on which account ?

    @chiwasims If this is the first time you had Origin installed it is possible Origin may register the games automatically. There are posts that show you how to check the registry for the codes (google it). There is a program called gamekeyrevealer (google it) that will display game codes (and other codes). The customer service person can track your codes by your email address. CS will need some personal information to search for accounts that may have been created and forgotten.
