How can I reply on a case?
I reached out to EA Help in the chat trying to get a refund on some Sims3 packages I bought. My game doesnt work after installing new packages. I recieved a link and information to do every step in the link and if it didnt fix my game, I should each out again. It didnt work and when I wantet to reach out again the agent wasnt online and he ended the case. Now I have a Sims3 game that doesnt work 😠
