How do I contact EA's tech support?
I'm looking for both a phone number and an email address. Thank you!

At the EA Help Center there is absolutely no way to contact EA tech support via email, the "wizard" only offers live chat, I don't want Live Chat, I want an email address!
make sure to choose US from the country selector at the bottom of the page.
I chose US multiple times and the only option I ever receive is Live Chat. No email option, no call me option, and that is with Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers.
I really don't know what triggers what to show up when. The whole site is a mystery.
Maybe they did away with email/phone for certain problem types. What category did you choose ? Did you try a different one ?
I tried several options for what the problem was intially and still kept getting only Live Chat. Changing other options such as the game and platform type if available does give other options, but nothing I tried ever game me the option for email which is what I want.
