How do I download my game?

I have just bought Sims 3 and want to download it.

On my order confirmation it says I can do this through the "My Games" section of Origin.

Well I can't find My Games. Where can I find that?

The Origin software I downloaded is running in the background on my PC but nothing comes up on screen when I click on it.

    Hi scottishgolf,

    First of all you should create a shortcut for Origin on your desktop:

    1. Click Start, point to Programs, search for Origin, and then right-click on the program.
    2. Click Send to and choose Desktop (create shortcut).

    Open your Origin client by clicking on that shortcut. Your game should show up in the "My Games" section of your Origin client, from where you can download and install it.
