how do i use the map that came with my game?

I bought the game The Sims 3 and it came with a card that says "GET $10 WORTH OF SIMPOINTS* AND A FREE** BONUS TOWN!" but when I registered it only gave me te simpoints. How can I use my new town that gave me the card?

    @garados30  EA changed redeeming Riverview to just a free world a long time ago. You do not have to redeem none of the bonus items as they are available for download in the store but you have to have the pack registered on my page to download the items. You can verify this by contacting EA customer service - link - EA customer service

    @roberta591 I don't think so, because the Riverview town is free even without the card.
