sims game stops loading up when 99% ready

so i wanted to play the sims 3 and i load it up, click play on the household then its loading like normal, then when it was almost ready it stayed there for over a hour, i repaired the game and tried again the problem happened again, i removed mods and cc and it happened again and again. i turn my computer off and on to restart this process and I'm stuck with being almost there only to sit there for hours

idk what to do I'm upset i really want to play the sims 3 please help!
