How do you uninstall add-ons?

Question

I downloaded some mods and it deleted my in game add-on content; I do not see any of my DLC available when I open my game. I checked on the EA app to see if they are installed in which they are. However, I am trying to uninstall them and i have no idea how to do it. When I go to manage add-ons there are no options to select any of the DLC.
