I've don't the origin reset tool and still can't et the game to work. When I did the origin reset thing it had me talk to an agent and they said that i guess other people are having problems with the new sims 3 game not working on there mac and they are in the processs of fixing that so hopefully it will work soon. If you have any other tips that would be great but if not i understand,
@elizabeth211995 The installation verification failure is a known issue:
As of yet, it's not solvable, but that at least means that you've now installed the game correctly.
None of this should affect your Sims 4 install.
