How to download The Sims 3 Supernatural for EA app

Hello everyone!

This post will help you to solve a problem Download button missing for The Sims 3 Supernatural.

1. Launch EA app.

2. Switch to My Collection.

3. On your list of Installed, hover your cursor The Sims 3 cover to show Menu button, go to Manage add-ons.

4. Then you will see The Sims 3 Supernatural with Download button on list DLC.

5. Just press Download it then waiting to finish.

6. Congratulation, your EP installed then have fun with Supernatural.

If you don't see The Sims 3 Supernatural on list DLC:

1. Clear caches (Help --> App Recovery).

2. Redeem your code again.
