We're not able to assist with bans or other account actions directly here on the forums. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

thanks for the copy-paste response, but at this point I'd rather ask another fellow simmer if they could download a few of my old sims for me, as the process above will not fix the mypage issue I have since nobody from EA seems to be able to help or be responsible for those pages.. I wish somebody would just come clean and admit they actually can't do anything about it lol.😅
The fact that there were a multiple of 100€ invested in these games and the customer service being almost non-existent is saddening to say the least.
