How to get Serial Number for Downloaded Game

I downloaded the SIms 3 onto my Mac in Sept 2012, I was just trying to download some free content from the Exchange on the sims 3 website, however it said I need to register my game with the serial number. I cannot find the email I got originally with the serial number confirming my purchase. Where can I find my serial number?

If you're not, than only EA's customer support can help you.
Scroll down the page to the bottom, on the right side choose your country, then scroll back up and fill in the steps, you'll be given ways to contact them for help: a message, live chat or phone number (depending on what country you're in).
