Can you post a screenshot of your Mods folder and one of your Packages folder? Before taking the screenshot, set the 'view' to details.

OK! Is your Mods folder in the Sims 3 folder? Is the Packages folder in the Mods folder? Is the resource file in the Mods folder? Is the resource file showing as a .cfg file?
The mods folder is supposed to be in The Sims 3 folder? I thought it was supposed to be in the Electronics Art folder. I'll go change that, and then let you know how it works out. Thanks! :)
