The best way would be to run your CC that is unmerged into Delphy's Dashboard that way you can see which one is corrupt. Then click Fix all Problems. That will disable that file. Then go into the folder with all the CC, remove the corrupted file and re-merge the CC once again replacing it with the old merged file.
If you fix the merged file, I dunno if it will disable the entire file or not.

You may have to copy the unmerged files into your folder, to check them, and then move them back.
