What folder are they in? The new way is to use the My Documents Folder. Delphy's Framework tool should set you up to use the Mods>Packages folder in My Documents with the new resource.cfg file.

If for some reason it's not working, try the old way and see if that makes a difference.

If that doesn't work, I'll try and go step by step with you like I did Pupcat.
