it means, you are trying to import far to many files. I know s3pe doesnt like merging more then 100 files at a time, heck i even had trouble with just half that. try sorting the files into smaller groups.

If you have alot of Hair cc, make multiple folders, Hair 1, hair 2 and so on.
Same with clothes or whatever else you have.
