How to re-install the EA Download Manager ( The Sims 3 )

Hi there, please could you help me? I have purchase a Sims 3 game disc about a year ago and I have registered it etc. Unfortuanitely my game disc doesn't want to install anymore, so I've been going into my Origin account, I have entered my code into redeem code, and it just says code already in use (obviously because I have already registered it). Is there anywhere where I could please download Sims 3 and use my original serial number which I have registered?

    make sure your logging into the right account if oyu have nore than one account

    if when you log into your orign account from the desktop first check in the my games  the hidden gamss in case it is there second try the all games to see if it is there see image for an example

    if the game is missing from your my games tab contact CS

    if in the event you need to contact CS
