How to view the registration code of a game already registered?

You can download the Origin client and download your game from the "My Games" tab.  Remember your Origin and Sims acct need to be linked (i.e., you should be using the same email and password for both).  If you do not want to do that, you can contact EA for the code, but the wait times might be long.  Here is a link to contact them: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

I wish they'd stop fiddling with the page. Every time I come hre it's different. Loads of "noise", but simple stuff liek, my registered Games, needs Mr Sherlock Holmes!

Start>run>type in REGEDIT>click yes/allow>click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>go to software> click on electronic arts (or search electronic arts using CTRL+F)>then click Sims>Sims 3>then ergc> it SHOULD say default   REG_SZ and next to that should be your registration code 🙂
