humble bundle sims 3 date night redeem code login problem

Question

Ok so I had no problem geting the sims 3, high end loft stuf or late nite working.

But when I go to the sims 3 site I can log in fine but when I click on redeem code option It prompts me to log in once more but on google crome it just locks up when loging in. On internet exploer and my android it says my password is invalid?

Im ablibe to log into origin, the sims 3 site and the game itself just fine, but when I do the redeem code it says the same password is invalid. Its been like this since I got the humble bundle a fue days ago.
