Have you already attempted to redeem the code against an Origin account? Codes can only be redeemed once and once redeemed the title will be displayed within the Origin application.
If this is not the case then you'll need to contact Amazon Customer Services to discuss the issue further and obtain a fresh code.

Did you buy a download code, a new DVD version or a used game and did you have it installed before or did you just buy it ?
