I bought the humble origin bundle, and after registering the Sims 3 serial code to my origin account I was unable to sign up for a Sims 3 community account to redeem the date night DLC, as it kept saying my serial was invalid, even though I used my origin account to log into the site

The moment this issue was reported to us we escalated it to the Team at Humblebundle right away. I got the product key from the HumbleBundle.
Before I redeemed the key to the Origin Account I registered it on the Sims3 homepage, but with the same email and pw that i have on my origin acc.
Now when i try to redeem it at origin. it says that the key was already used and the game doesnt show up in the origin library.
Please help me!
i have the same problem with the 20 digit missing code, i have the games in my library but when i have to install the game it asked me to enter a 20 digit serial...well yesterdat, i talked with someone from Live Chat and he told me to contact HumbleBundle, well, seems nothing has been resolved i think i'll have to wait, i hope they fix the issue soon.
