I cannot log into the game in the main menu
I've been trying to log into the game for the past 4 hours and I STILL cannot log in. I'm in the main menu and i'm clicking Login, but it doesn't respond. I try clicking Register, but nothing happens...

@4LettersNCountin Did you clear the browsing history in IE? The game uses IE (Internet Explorer) to communicate not the browser you might be using at the time. Is Origin running?
- Yes, I do run it on Origin. I tried deleting my Internet Explorer cache, but the F12 Developer Tool doesn't have that option. I have deleted the browsing history and the cookies, though.
@4LettersNCountin The game uses the API provided by IE (Internet Explorer). IE 11 is in Windows 10 you just have to search for it. It is possible the site might be down or off line for some reason.
Using mods could prevent the game from running correctly. You could try the factory reset - link - reset to factory This will tell you if the user data is causing the problem.
- I know that it isn't the mods that are the problem, I've already tested them but the problem resumed. I've tried reinstalling the game, restarting my computer, deleting the Origin cache, but nothing seems to be working.
