@4LettersNCountin The game uses the API provided by IE (Internet Explorer). IE 11 is in Windows 10 you just have to search for it. It is possible the site might be down or off line for some reason.
Using mods could prevent the game from running correctly. You could try the factory reset - link - reset to factory This will tell you if the user data is causing the problem.
- Anonymous9 years agoI know that it isn't the mods that are the problem, I've already tested them but the problem resumed. I've tried reinstalling the game, restarting my computer, deleting the Origin cache, but nothing seems to be working.

@4LettersNCountin You do not have to reinstall the game - a factory reset usually (almost always) will fix user data issues. Installing multiple mods sometimes causes conflicts between mods. Did the game ever run? Did you try the factory reset? Did you clear the IE browsing history? Can you log in on the launcher page? Where you you getting on options to click as there are no options in the launcher?
- Anonymous9 years agoYes, the game has run before. I couldn't do the factory reset since I don't have an external hard drive (but I will buy one if I have no other choice), I did clear the Internet Explorer browsing history, the login in the launcher does not appear for me, and I am getting the options menu because I am on the main menu.
