I cannot seem to locate an "Update Tab" on the Launcher

I don't know if I'm blind or what, but I see no Update Tab.  I'm not sure if I see any tabs, but there are a lot of buttons. I am running the PC version on Win 7, and I open the launcher and all of ...

I have no idea how Steam works but you update through Steam.

    Ok, thanks.

    Is there anybody who does know something about how this game works on Steam?  What version should I have?  Can I force and update?  Is there normally a delay with Steam updates for this program?
