I Cannot Track My Package. It's been three days and my tracking data is not available. Origin says my order is completed. Help??

I placed an order to buy The Sims 3 Ambitions Sunday night. (11/3/2013)  In my Origin order history the order says completed. But when I try to track my order with the code the email sent me it says "The tracking information is incorrect or the tracking data is not yet available. Verify the tracking information or try again at a later time." It's been saying that for the past three days. I just want to know if my order is okay and when will I be able to track my order?
