I can't access my Sims 3 Purchase History
When I try to load the webpage, all it does is circle... for like an hour. I've tried re-loading it, and nada. Does anyone know what to do?

@TheWolfwere Try using a different browser, and if that doesn't work, use a private window in that browser. I haven't had any trouble with Firefox, I mean aside from needing to hit refresh a few times.
If that doesn't help either, try using a different internet connection, for example your phone as a mobile hotspot. Make sure it's using data, not your home wifi.
