i cant find my previously downloaded store content anywhere- sims 3
I had to reinstall all my sims 3 games to pc, and I went to thesims3.com and logged in so that I could reinstall my downloaded store content. I can not, however, find any of it. I need some help. I am frustrated as well about the fact that I can not talk to a customer service rep. im guessing that its because sims 4 is out and they are not dealing witht the sims 3.
did you try when you log in to the sims account where your user name is there is atiny drop arrow then my store-accoint-purchase history when you click on the purchase history you may be aske dfor your password again then it should take you to th epurchase history to download your items again then install them
