I can't install Sims 3 Supernatural
I was wondering if I am doing something wrong or something, because I bought Sims 3 supernatural online off origin and I downloaded it and everything but now it just wont install first it is saying P...

I bought the Sims 3 and the Supernatural expansion pack from Wal-Mart (sadly) and everything worked fine. I had to download another program for work which crashed my computer. I re-installed Sims 3 just fine but now the Supernatural expansion pack key won't work. What should I do? It keeps saying I'm entering an invalid key code ☹️
The same key worked before ? Are you sure you're typing the code right ? 2 and Z and 0 and O look very similar.

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.

I contacted them and they gave me a new key code because mine had some kind of error. Thanks for your help 🙂
