I can't install Sims 3 Supernatural
I was wondering if I am doing something wrong or something, because I bought Sims 3 supernatural online off origin and I downloaded it and everything but now it just wont install first it is saying P...

I have a problem, i got both the sims 3 and the sims three supernatural off of origin but to install supernatural i have to update sim 3 which i have done but for some reason when it reaches 100% it just closes and opens the same window but it's at 0% which is really frustrating. and for some reason it also says downloading http://www.thesims3.com/launcher/patches/1020063817(paused) is it suppose to say paused at the end?Then when i go back to the launcher it keeps saying i need to update my system when i already have...i dont whats wrong. My version is 1.0.631.00107 please help.
You're game is not patched at all.
