I can't log-in on The Sims 3 Launcher
Since it changed from Origin to EA App I can't log-in into my The Sims 3 Game Launcher, I have my game on Steam and I can log-in on EA App and The Sims 3 Store. It's just the launcher itself that doesn't let me log in.
@AmandaCarvalh25 Can you login at the Main Menu? Please try if you haven't already.
Additionally, if your password contains special characters, please change it to one with only letters and numbers, at least long enough to test. When you've done that, clear Edge's Internet Explorer mode data, which the launcher uses even if you never do:
Then go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads, and delete the file labeled [your email].bin. Do both of these after changing the password and before trying to login again.
