I can't log in to my Sims 3 account.

I've forgotten my password to my sims 3 account.

It says in the FAQ that when you click 'forgot password' it will send a link to your email to reset it. But when I click 'forgot password', it just takes me to my origin account which does no help whatsoever.

Any answers?

    IT VERY FREAKING ANNOYING ISN'T IT???!!HOW RUDE ARE FELLOW SIM LOVERS FOR NOT HELPING US OUT WHERE CAN WE RESET OUR PASSWORD AT IS IT JUST FOR UK USERS ONLY I CAN'T FIND IT ON THIS SITE HOW STUPID IS THAT EVERYTIME I FORGET MY PASSWORD IT JUST TAKES ME TO MY PROFILE AND SAY EMAIL VERTIFY BUT WHERE MY FREAKING PASSWORD??????!!!!WHAT THE **bleep** RIGHT??HOW CAN WE BUY **bleep** WITHOUT A CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD LINK OR RESET ONE LINK?????!!!I HATE ORIGIN I WISH IT NEVER EXISTED.TOO MQANY PROBLEMS.😕mileymad:

    I DONE TRIED 14 TIMES...TOO...BULL..**bleep** >.>' ARGH AND THE BASE SIMS ARE SO UGLY TOO.

    this is one CS can assit with simmers/players can't as it would involve accessing your account

    it can take up to an hour to receive the email and or checking your spam/junk folder

    1. Click here to visit the Password Retrieval page.
    2. Enter your member name in the space provided.
    3. Click OK.
    4. If your member name was entered correctly, your password will be sent to the e-mail address listed on your account.
      • If you have not received the e-mail within one hour, make sure you have disabled any spam filters that may block e-mail from Electronic Arts.

    If you have not received your password after an hour and you have ensured that any spam filters are disabled, please submit a help request to our Customer Service team by clicking on the Contact Us button.

    Please note: In order to change any information associated with your account, the Account Services team will require you to confirm the billing information listed on your account.
