I can't redeem codes on the sims 3 website

I recently bought The Sims 3 World Bundle with Monte Vista and Hidden Springs. When I go on to The Sims 3 website and try to redeem the codes it wont let me.

I am having the same issue , just bought roaring heights and the code won't redeem. It's as if it was processing the code indefinitely

I bought roaring heights and when i entered the code to redeem it, it wouldn’t stop processing it. I’ve tried re-entering the code and refreshing the page, but nothing works.
