I can't redeem codes on the sims 3 website

I recently bought The Sims 3 World Bundle with Monte Vista and Hidden Springs. When I go on to The Sims 3 website and try to redeem the codes it wont let me.

I just bought the two bundle packs on origin one being the worlds , the other is generations. I have 4 codes and when I type them in the spinner spins forever and times out. What am I supposed to do now?

@meggs117  Generations being an expansion pack should have 5 groups of 4 characters. Worlds being a store item should have 4 groups of 4 characters. You can redeem codes in Origin or thesims3.com site. Is your computer a pc or mac? Where did you buy the codes?
