I can't redeem the code for HIdden Springs

I bought Hidden Springs sims3 worlds bundle and it says it's installed but when I go to put in the code and click redeem,it tells me that it's invalid and does not show up in my purchase history or m...

Update I got a hold of EA and they checked my code and said that it's valid and they tried to check my account,but it was messed up so I will have to get back with them tomorrow and then hopefully they will be able to see why nothings showing up and I keep getting an error message whenever I put in my code.They told me to try to put the code in from the offical sims 3 site instead of through my page and it did the same thing.I will let you know if this issue gets fixed,cause I must be doing something wrong if the code's alright.
