I can't register my game because of an old email

Hi,

We have got an other internet provider, i went from KPN to Ziggo and my email is on gmail. Because of that I want to chance my account with another email. I have done that, but now I lost my points and my registration and I can't download. Every time when I want to registrate my game, it says that it already exist. Yeaaaaah I know it is my other email account that is not my provider any more. I tried ziggo and the gmail, but nothing works. I can't not use KPN because that is not working any more. 

Please can you help me to register my game and get back my points

    Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
