I can't see my order in the order history

My order confirmation email said I could, Check your order status at any time from your Origin Account.

I've waited for it to show up but, now that the charge has cleared, I don't understand why there is still nothing there.

Since I can not check status through order history I don't know if it was shipped. I got an email that said it was but the shipping/tracking number doesn't work.

    It may take up to 48 hours for your digital content to be available depending on the speed of your bank's chrage verification processes.  If it's been over 48 hours please speak with a Game Advisor for an order status.  You can contact a GA here:  EA customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us
