I have a constance issue with my saves especially my new saves.

Question

So I've been playing The Sims 3 since I was young. And usually I don't get save errors until recently. I have Sims 3 on Steam. Mostly the infamous save errors. One of them only being code error 16. It even happening to my new saves after I bought late night expansion.

Is there any fixes or ways to avoid error 16 on the steam version of sims 3?

Icekirisaki​&nbsp; The current cause of Error Code 16, at least most of the time, is OneDrive locking up the user folder.&nbsp; So the workaround is to get rid of OneDrive, or at least keep it from syncing your Sims 3 data.&nbsp; Please see the first post of this thread for a different but related error:
