I have lost a expansion CD
I have lost a expansion CD and now I can't play the game. Can anyone help me?

I understand your situation, seeing as I had a similar one, I just wasn't able to use the CD in my Laptop. I advise you go over to 'Live Chat' where you can get a One To One assistance with proffesionals. You will most likely get a PC version, through Origin, so when you log into Origin, you will go to 'My Games' and then select your Game, without having to use a CD. You will however have to download the game again, but you *will not* loose your current saved households.

you'll need to uninstall the disk version first via the control panel then search for left over files and registry keys to manually remove them also get ccleaner from piriform to assit wit the cleaning up of the leftovers then log into your orign account from the desktop go to the my game stab right clcik the game icon-download
which disk did you loose ?so i can add the how to uninstall that disk version and which files to look for
