I have lost my registration code and was wondering if I can be sent a new one.

I have lost my registration code that I got when I purchased Sims 3 many many years ago and I want to start playing it again. I was wondering how I can retrieve this code. Are you able to send me a new one?
I have attached a picture of the code I am looking for. Thank you.
@CER714 Have you ever installed Sims 3 on this computer before, or do you have access to another computer where it was installed? If so, you might be able to find the product code in the computer.

If you're installing through Origin, you should be shown your product key in a longer notification about how you're about to launch an outside installer.
If you registered Sims 3 in Origin, or on the old Sims 3 site, at any point, you can download it from Origin now instead of using the disc, and in that case you'd get the above notification, including the product code, which you could copy and paste when the installer requests it.
