I Need Help!!!

Hello. I had The Sims 3 downloaded on my PC but I had to take it to get cleaned so when it came back the games were deleted when I went to download it again I could not find my disc, I still have the registration code but I can not download it again. When I went on Origin and tried to download it, it said the code had already been used and that it wouldn't let me use it. I am the only one who has used this code so I have no idea what to do. I need help!!!

    do you have origin downloaded to your computer ? if so from the desktop right click origin- open log into your origin account with your email and password then find the game icon in the my games tab right click -download
