I need my Island Paradise serial code.

Question

I virtually downloaded the Sims 3: Island Paradise and when I went to install it it asked for my serial code which I never recieved.I need to find out how to get my serial code becuase I cant play. Also the code that it gives you under game details in origin is too long.&nbsp;

Check on the origin client. Right click on the game and choose Show game details. The code should be there

If it's not there, log out and back in and/or restart Origin
