i purchased sims 3 worlds bundle and it is not showing in my games
i bought two expansion packs for sims 3 and only one is showing .the order went through and i refreshed the games and i uninstalled origin and reinstalled it still nothing

If you bought the world through the Origin Store, you'll be sent a code which you need to redeem at thesims3.com (NOT on Origin or your code becomes invalid).
Follow these steps to redeem your code
- Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
- Go to your account page: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html (site will ask for your password again)
- Click on Redeem a Code
- Enter the 16-letter code, accept the Policies and click on Redeem
- Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)

- Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
- Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.html
- Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
- Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version

I am having the same problem though most of your second solution helped though now i cannot access my purchase history so i cannot download/install my games. please help!!!!
how come you can't access your account ? do you get an error invlalid username/password ? the worlds show up in your the sims 3 account purchase history to download
